Saltburn Valley Woodland centre, is an educational centre in the heart of the Valley Woods, close to the Italian Gardens, and you’d be made welcome at the local tea rooms.
It kindly plays host to the Friends of the Valley, who continue to donate and upkeep the Woodland Centre – whilst also providing a number of events throughout the year for all types of ages.
There aim is to help with the upkeep of the environment, and that of wildlife. In which one area that has seen a lot of maintenance in recent years is in the meadow by Saltburn Viaduct.
