Saltburn is home to a plethora of things to do and historic attractions that suit all ages – whether you are a young family looking to take the children to the miniature railway, or perhaps a couple looking to a romantic walk on the beach.
From exploring the breathtaking coastal scenery to shopping in unique independent boutiques, Saltburn-by-the-Sea truly has something for everyone. The town also hosts various events, adding to its lively and exciting atmosphere for both locals and visitors. This can be seen with the annual Food Festival, and also the Folk Festival.
If you’re looking to immerse yourself in nature, the Valley Gardens and Hunt Cliffe Nature Reserve are must-visit spots. Alternatively, you can experience Saltburn’s heritage by taking the historic Cliff Lift and visiting the iconic pier, which links the beach to the cliff tops.
