The Saltburn 500 Club is a volunteer-led group that works alongside the Friends of Saltburn to help maintain the town of Saltburn by the Sea.
The Friends of Saltburn is funded from donations by local businesses, the public, and friendly volunteers to help keep Saltburn looking and feeling welcoming for tourists and locals alike. In addition to that, it helps support so many of the wonderful community projects like the Christmas Light switch on.
Many of the popular attractions in the town, including the Saltburn bandstand and the mosaic display on the side of the Sainsbury’s building, are preserved by the group, who also organise fantastic events, activities and projects for the town.
