Currently set to planning permission, the Spa Hotel is set for redevelopment which will see some of the best panoramic views of Saltburn beach.
In terms of redevelopment, the Spa Hotel is set for a large roof terrace with panoramic views that will provide a wonderful experience.
Jon Kelly told the local newspaper;
We’ve run The Spa Hotel for 11 years, we’ve seen a lot of changes over that period. New bars, restaurants opening up and new people coming in.
Particularly since the pandemic, it’s been a popular venue. It’s taken a couple of years to get fully back on our feet.
We were closed for quite a long period of time. But it’s all very positive, it’s been good since we reopened and we’ve been steadily busy.
